Entry for the 2009 Estate Agency of the Year Awards, in association with The Sunday Times, is now closed.
 
The Estate Agency of the Year Awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts, and overseen by the Property Ombudsman.

Step One - Submission Questionnaires
Every entrant must complete a submission questionnaire for each of the categories they have entered.  All questionnaires are reviewed by the judging panel before moving to Step Two.

Step Two - Telephone Interviews
During September and October, judges conduct telephone interviews with every entrant in every category.  This is a chance for agents to expand on the answers given in their submission questionnaires.

Step Three - Final Judging
The judging panel meets to vote and decide on all category and overall winners during October / November.

Step Four - Awards Ceremony
Winners were announced at an awards ceremony on Friday 20th November at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea Football Club. Click here for the results
