Now in its third year, the Leadership Summit, hosted by industry expert, Clare Fletcher, focused on 2010 with nine industry experts sharing their ideas and insights as to the opportunities and potential pitfalls that next year may bring.
Delegates included industry leaders from national chains and smaller independents who heard predictions from leading economist Roger Martin-Fagg and Ben Wood, Head of Property for Google. Peter Knight shared “what women want”, as the main decision makers in the house buying process and Daniel Lee, CEO of Globrix looked at the relationship between portals and agents own websites and how the potential of this can be maximised. Julie Ryan gave her insight into making this market work for you and finally, delegates asked questions of our top panel of agents who shared their reactions to the downturn and insight as to where they’ll be taking their businesses in 2010.
