With over 25 years experience in the business Peter has an unrivalled track record. Indeed, he was described by the Negotiator Magazine in 2005 as being a strong contender for “Britain’s most successful estate agent”. In 2005, after almost 20 years at Foxtons he resigned as Managing Director and with Irish Partners, the Sherry FitzGerald Group acquired the London firm of Marsh & Parsons which has since grown significantly. |

Julie Twist
Julie Twist will be joining Peter Rollings and John McGrath on our panel of estate agents. Julie is one of the most dynamic and knowledgeable agents in the North West. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Julie was the first agent to open a branch in Manchester city centre in 1994 and for the first three years, hers was the sole agency dealing with the rapidly expanding Manchester residential market. Winner of the overall Estate Agency of the Year Awards in 2005, Julie has also since sat on the judging panel for the awards and is recognised as an expert in the northern residential and lettings market. |

Dennis Turner
Will deliver an authoritative forecast, with particular reference to the property industry, of what it will take for the economy to turn round and more importantly when this will happen and why. Dennis Turner is Chief Economist at HSBC, heading a team advising bankers on economic trends both within industry sectors and at national and international level. Dennis began his career at the National Economic Development Office in Whitehall. With staff drawn from management, the civil service and trade unions, the remit was to assess the constraints impeding performance. Throughout his career Dennis has had regular contact with policy-making bodies. In a personal capacity, he was one of a small number of private sector economists who advised the pre-Blair Labour Party. He retains high level Government contacts. |
