Lettings Agency of the Year Awards

The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards are the longest running and most sought after awards in the lettings industry. Originally introduced in 2003 as part of the Estate Agency of the Year Awards, lettings has grown to be just as big as estate agency and in 2009, the lettings awards were staged as a separate event and awards ceremony for the first time.

With the support of The Sunday Times and The Times, The Property Ombudsman, NFOPP and ARLA, these awards now represent the pinnacle of achievement in lettings. No other accolade does as much to help increase business, improve morale and ultimately cause the winning companies to achieve even greater success.

Winners are promoted extensively in both the property supplements of The Sunday Times and The Times and also receive a professionally designed toolkit of marketing materials to help promote their success. Gold winners are also filmed receiving their award and then interviewed. These films are then professionally edited to provide the winner with their own video for promotional purposes.

The hugely successful companies that enter year after year recognise the importance of looking inwards and objectively presenting their business to our panel of expert judges, which is chaired by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer.

Entering is a simple, but rigorous process and the standard of entry is very high in all areas. Entrants are required to complete a written questionnaire which is reviewed along with any supporting material by a highly experienced judge who then further investigates the company with a telephone interview and mystery shopping exercises.
