Entering the awards is a simple, 3 stage process
Step One - Register your entries
Decide which categories you wish to enter and then submit your registration information by ticking the relevant category and then click on the Register & Pay button. You can enter as many Specialist Categories as you like, but you are limited to a single category for the Main Awards and for Property Management. If you operate separate brands, they must be entered separately. Please ensure that you register in the correct region and size band. The judges may void an entry or move it to an alternative region and or size band if the one registered proves to be inaccurate.
Step Two - Complete your questionnaires
Once you submit your registration you will be given a download link for the questionnaires. For each category you must complete the questionnaire and return it along with supporting material to Estate Agency Events before 25th March 2012. Any submissions received after this date will only be included in the judging process at the judges' discretion.
Step Three - Telephone Interviews
You will be contacted by 4th April to arrange a telephone interview (one per category entered) with a member of the judging panel once your entry questionnaires have been reviewed. The interviews will take place between the 10th April and 2nd May. This is your chance to expand on the answers given in your written submission and impress the judges further. It is vital that the individuals named within the questionnaire are available to be interviewed at the time allocated.
Following the telephone interviews, the judging panel meets to review and decide on all regional, category and overall winners – the entire process is chaired by The Property Ombudsman.
Winners and shortlisted agents will be announced at Lettings Live on 25th May at The Lancaster London Hotel. |
