Last year saw the first ever Lettings Live seminar which was an overwhelming success with the event completely sold out. Experienced and new lettings agents heard from 10 industry experts who all shared their expertise and insight with delegates.
Peter Fuller, MD of Romans Lettings shared his knowledge as to how agents can build a multi million pound branch network and delegates were able to put their questions directly to a panel of top lettings agents. Adam Walker and Peter Knight focused on the key issues lettings agents face and what actions they need to take in 2010. Social media experts Daniel Hare and Ben Harris demonstrated the power of social media and why this should be harnessed to improve business and relationships with landlords and tenants, a theme which was continued with Kirsty Spraggon’s session on building relationships.
