Estate Agency Events reserves the right to refuse admission to the event to any person, or to require a person already admitted to leave the event, whose conduct or presence is considered to be causing or liable to cause annoyance to other delegates or official sponsors or is otherwise undesirable. Delegates must not engage in any form of activity which may result in any unauthorised commercial association with the event which is to the detriment of the official sponsors and supporters.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to: Estate Agency Events Ltd, The Chapel, Reigate Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8RA
Cancellations received on or before the 24th April 2013 will be entitled to a full refund less a 15% charge for administration.
Cancellations received after the 24th April 2013 will be charged in full. |
