LA Awards Conditions of Entry:

1. EAE reserve the right, after consultation with the entrants, to move submissions into their appropriate category


2. All entries must be submitted with payment including VAT. Please make all cheques payable to Estate Agency Events Ltd
   
   
3. Lettings agents may submit as many individual entries as they wish (in relevant categories)
   
   
4. Entry in the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2010 will be taken as permission to publish photographs, descriptions and other particulars of participating companies / entrants
   
5. In all categories, postal addresses and telephone numbers are required, as the well as the name of the person responsible for your award entry
   
   
6. Please note that the lettings agency name appearing on your company logo will be the one used on the award plaque in the event of a winning entry
   
   
7. The judges’ decision is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into
   
   
8. Entries are non-returnable, and it is not advised to submit original documents
   
   
9. Once registered, entries are confirmed and non-refundable
   
   
10. Any entry may be withdrawn upon written request to Estate Agency Events, The Chapel, Reigate Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8RA up until 30 April 2010, however the entry fee is non-refundable
    
    
11. Only if payment has been received will your entry/ies be passed to the judges for review
    
    
12. By registering your entry you confirm that you have read and agree with the Conditions of Entry

EAE Live 09 booking policy:

1. All bookings must be submitted with payment including VAT.  Please make all cheques payable to Estate Agency Events Ltd.

2. For all bookings, postal and email addresses and telephone numbers are required, as well as the name of the person responsible for your booking

3. Bookings for any of the events at EAE Live 09 are non-refundable

4. All cancellations or amends to bookings e.g. name changes must be received in writing to Estate Agency Events, The Chapel, Reigate Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8RA before 12pm Wednesday 18th November 2009

5. Attendance at EAE Live 09 will be taken as permission to publish photographs, descriptions and other particulars of participating companies / entrants.

Refunds and cancellations policy:
Cancellation of entry before 1st July 2009 is subject to 50% of the entry fee.  Cancellation after 1st July 2009 is 100% of the entry fee.
